    Measure from the top of your shoulder, down the front of your body, through your legs, and back up to the starting point.

  2. Bust

    With your arms relaxed, measure around the fullest part of your bust. Keep the tape level and comfortably close to your body.

  3. Waist

    Measure around your natural waist, the narrowest part of your torso. Keep the tape level without pulling it tight.

  4. Hips

    Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips.

  5. Sleeve length

    For a center-back sleeve measurement, start at the middle of the back neckline, follow the shoulder, and continue to your wrist. If the product specifies a shoulder-seam measurement, start at that seam instead.

Such a cute sweater

This has a shorter look without all that extra length. The thing that sets it apart for me is the bear in a winter ski outfit. I wouldn't call the price out of line for this design.
