Information used to run the store

Free Fashion uses information to process purchases, fulfill orders, respond to support requests, keep records and protect the store against fraud. When you contact support, we receive your email address, your message and any information you choose to include.

Our store database holds order references, products, selected colors and sizes, quantities, prices, payment status, checkout identifiers, tax and order totals.

Payments and delivery details

Stripe collects payment information and billing and shipping details during secure checkout. We access order information through Stripe to fulfill and support your purchase. Free Fashion does not store complete card numbers or card security codes in its store database. Stripe handles information under its privacy policy.

Browser storage and technical information

We use local storage to remember your bag and session storage to recover checkout and confirm purchases. Clearing your browser storage removes the saved bag and checkout recovery information.

We use the Meta Pixel to measure advertising visits, product views, bag additions, checkout starts and confirmed purchases. Meta may receive your IP address, browser information, page URL, advertising identifiers, product identifiers and order value in USD. We do not send your email, shipping address, card details or checkout verification token through our Pixel. Advertising tracking is on by default for our U.S. storefront unless you have opted out or your browser sends Global Privacy Control. You can turn it off through Your privacy choices below. Meta processes information under its privacy policy. Hosting and payment providers may process technical information, such as request details, to deliver and secure their services. Stripe may use its own cookies and similar technologies during checkout.

You can opt out of sharing information with Meta for targeted advertising. Your choice is saved in this browser and does not affect shopping or checkout. We honor Global Privacy Control. If you use another browser or device, set your preference there too.

Service providers

Information is shared with hosting, payment, email and delivery providers as needed to operate the store, answer support requests and fulfill orders. We may also disclose information when required to meet legal obligations or protect against fraud. Providers may process information in countries other than your own.

Retention and your requests

We retain information as needed for order fulfillment, support, fraud prevention, accounting and applicable obligations. You can contact support@freefashion.online to request access to, correction of or deletion of your information. We may need to verify your identity and retain some records to meet our obligations.
