Return eligibility
Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn and have their tags attached. Customers are responsible for return postage.
How to start a return
Email support@freefashion.online with your order reference and the item you would like to return. Contact support for the return address and instructions before sending anything back.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you with the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. The time for a refund to appear depends on your payment provider.
Damaged or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged or differs from your order, email support@freefashion.online with your order reference and a description of the issue so we can help.
